Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and accounts

The game is for general users aged 13 and above. Stricter regional age or guardian-consent requirements apply. Guest play may use an anonymous identity. External linking, cloud saves and rankings depend on the app version, platform and account state. Protect your device/credentials and do not use someone else’s account.

2. Game, progress and content

The service includes puzzles and the progress/reward features shown in the app. Some features require a network; carrier charges may apply. Local saves and available cloud backups can be affected by network/account conditions and sync delays. Check supported linking and backup status before uninstalling or resetting your device. Development/test versions may change; any migration or necessary reset arrangements follow the relevant test notice.

Virtual currency, lives, items, collectibles and scores are digital game content, not cash-exchange instruments. Effects, duration, reward conditions and prices follow the applicable game screen. Playing does not transfer intellectual-property or redistribution rights; content belongs to its respective rights holders.

3. Advertising and rewards

The game may include advertising; the current app uses Google test ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards require the displayed completion conditions and provider completion confirmation. Cancellation, unavailable inventory or network errors may prevent rewards. Contact support with version, time and circumstances if a completed reward is missing. Advertising privacy choices and ad removal are different; availability also depends on region, connectivity and provider state.

4. Purchases and refunds

Real in-app purchases are currently unavailable. Cash prices in the shop are previews and do not by themselves charge you. If purchases become available, product contents/prices/fulfillment and usage terms will be shown at purchase. Payments follow the app marketplace; purchases, restoration, cancellation and refunds follow applicable law and marketplace policy. Contact the purchasing marketplace or our support for purchase/fulfillment issues. We do not require direct payment-card entry in the game or waive statutory consumer/refund rights.

5. Conduct and service changes

Do not misuse another person’s identity, tamper with saves/scores, exploit bugs for improper rewards, disrupt services or infringe rights. Necessary proportionate restrictions/corrections may follow verified abuse/security issues; questions and objections can be sent to support.

We may update content/features for maintenance, security, fixes or game balance. Material changes, downtime or closure will be communicated through appropriate channels; emergency notices may follow the event. Applicable statutory rights and rights relating to purchased content are preserved.

6. Stopping use, requests and updates

You may stop playing or uninstall. This does not automatically remove server accounts/cloud records. Automatic in-app account deletion is currently unavailable; send privacy/account-deletion requests to cosmiccolor.help@gmail.com for verification and processing arrangements. For bugs include device/OS, app version, time and reproduction steps. Never send passwords, verification codes or card details.

Changes to these terms will be reflected with a version/effective date and communicated as required. Disputes may be discussed with support and resolved under applicable law and lawful procedures. Mandatory law takes priority over conflicting terms; the remainder applies to the extent valid.
